Terms of Service

Effective 15 April 2026

Placeholder. This document is a draft for review. The final version will be written by qualified counsel before public launch. Do not rely on this text for legal advice.

1. Acceptance

By using Agile Poker Online ("the Service") you agree to these terms.

2. Accounts

Facilitator accounts are individual. You are responsible for activity under your account. Participants do not need an account.

3. Acceptable use

Don't use the Service to harass, infringe, or transmit unlawful content. We reserve the right to suspend accounts for clear violations.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Premium plans are billed in advance. Cancel anytime; you keep Premium features through the end of the current period.

5. Service availability

We aim for high uptime but make no SLA guarantees on the Free tier.

6. Termination

You may terminate at any time. We may terminate for material breach of these terms with reasonable notice.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is", without warranty.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; we'll notify active accounts when material changes happen.

9. Service limits

Agile Poker Online imposes the following hard limits regardless of plan:

  • Maximum participants per game session: 12 (players + facilitator combined). This is sufficient for the recommended scrum team size of up to 10, with headroom for observers or co-facilitators.

These limits exist to maintain session quality and server performance. If a game reaches its participant cap, new joiners will see a "Game is full" notice. We reserve the right to adjust limits with reasonable notice to subscribers.
