How it works

Estimate together in minutes

Six steps from "new game" to exported estimates. No installs. No accounts for participants.

Step 1

Create a game

Log in as a facilitator — takes 30 seconds with Google or email. Name your session, pick a card deck, and optionally set a voting timer. Your game is live instantly.

  • Pick from Fibonacci, T-shirt sizes, or custom
  • Optional countdown timer (1–10 minutes)
  • Auto-reveal when everyone has voted

Step 2

Share the link

Copy the game URL and send it — Slack, email, your meeting chat. Participants click, enter a display name, and they're at the table. No account, no app download.

  • Join link works on any browser
  • Participants appear on the table in real-time
  • Spectators can join without a voting role

Step 3

Add your issues

Import directly from GitHub or Jira (Premium), or type them manually. Each issue can have a rich markdown body — acceptance criteria, links, code snippets. Drag to reorder before the session starts.

  • GitHub & Jira import in one click (Premium)
  • Full GitHub-Flavored Markdown support
  • Drag-and-drop reorder anytime

Step 4

Everyone votes

Each player selects a card from their hand. Cards go face-down on the table — everyone can see who has voted, but not what they picked. An all-ready indicator appears when the last vote comes in.

  • Votes are hidden until reveal — no anchoring
  • Change your vote any time before reveal
  • Special cards: ? (don't know), ☕ (need a break)

Step 5

Reveal together

The facilitator clicks Reveal. All cards flip face-up simultaneously — for everyone, at the same moment. Results panel shows average, mode, and vote distribution instantly.

  • Simultaneous reveal eliminates anchoring bias
  • Consensus badge fires when the team aligns
  • Re-vote instantly if discussion is needed

Step 6

Accept & move on

Accept the estimate and the facilitator moves to the next issue automatically. When the session ends, export all estimates as CSV — ready to paste into Jira, Linear, or your spreadsheet.

  • One click to move to the next issue
  • Facilitator override — set any estimate manually
  • Export CSV with title, estimate, rounds, avg
